The second part of the ‘Construction’ series, the first being ‘Coming Soon’. This version uses a larger dog, and depicts the structure as existing a year after the first, so you can see part of its cladding has already been built. However, due to the global recession the project is ‘on hold’. Scaffolding surrounds the dog and at night the lighting glows internally (like with ‘Coming Soon’). This glow symbolizes the hope given to the development’s investors. Next year will ‘Grand Opening’- the final piece to complete the trilogy - actually come to fruition? We shall see.
