Traffic is dedicated to the development of contemporary art and ideas, with a focus on assisting artists in creating and exhibiting works in their areas of new media, performance, photography, sculpture and street art - all while encouraging and specializing in works of a socio-political nature. Traffic is also invested in building its non-profit programming, and specifically supporting art patronage within the region.
Combining commercial gallery shows with non-profit and educational programming, the space also acts as a home for The Farook Collection. The extensive collection features works by Shezad Dawood, Tracy Emin, Mounir Fatmi, Shilpa Gupta, Mona Hatoum, Damien Hirst, Adam McEwen, Youssef Nabil, Faisal Samra, David Shrigley, Andy Warhol and more.
